​When you subscribe to the Perserve and Illuminate video series membership, you will have unlimited access to Shaun’s weekly, follow-along, 20 minute videos.
Each week a new video will be posted with a 20 minute routine that you can do anywhere that you have access to a web-enabled devise.

SUGGESTIONS ON HOW OFTEN TO USE THE VIDEO

The weekly routine is designed to be done “as needed”,and is able to be modified to your desired intensity.
Here are some suggestions on how to use:

FOR THE INTENSE ATHLETE (7+ hours of exercise a week):

To make your workout more dynamic: Use the video as a warm up or cool down to your regular workouts
To prevent injuries: Add the video into your weekly routine 2-3 times

FOR THE MODERATE MOVERS (2-6 hours of exercise a week) :

For anti-aging: Add the video into your weekly routine 1-3 times
To increase intensity: go through the video 2-3 times in a row

IT’S BEEN A WHILE (not very active):

To stimulate your body and start turning your systems on: Use the video as your daily morning routine
To increase your fitness level: Use the video daily. Depending on how you feel each day, begin to increase the number of times you go through it in a row.
